  I'm very curious how they get a 4.5 star review. In my mind, It even not deserve one star. Don't go there to do car service, you'll regret it. Very bad customer service and car service.

  What a great bunch of guys and awesome service! While on holidays, we had a minor accident and ended up blowing one of our front tyres. At 3:30pm on a Saturday, this was the only place that was opened. We managed to make our way there by 3:50pm. Not only did they have my somewhat rare tyre in stock, they were able to sort me out with a new tyre in 15 minutes - they even stayed open after closing time to help me out and did it with a smile!

  The guys at Erina were so helpful, they went above and beyond to explain things and ensure I got exactly what I was wanting. They also ensured I get emails to come back in and get free balancing/rotations every 6 months for the life of the tyres. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer based on their friendly service.

  My car developed a rather serious engine issue on a day trip from Sydney today and I took it to Kmart and Daniel the Assistant Store Manager served me. Daniel was super helpful and explained the problem to me clearly. I dropped the car off at Erina Fair at 10:30am and after order the parts, it was fixed by 12pm. Customer service is superb and if I'm a local, I would certainly choose Kmart Tyre and Auto Service, Erina Fair.

  Ask for Alan he is a great bloke and he is a Toyota specialist, couldn't be more happier.
