  Have tried to spend my money in this shop 3 times. Service is apalling. I have never once been approached to ask if I required help. Staff stand around talking to eachother and not the customers. Half the time you can't even tell who works there. Very disappointed

  Huge store but no staff. Also the staff dont wear a uniform so how do you tell them apart from the customers? Anyway, was there for 10 minutes, no one helped, i went somewhere else.

  Yes, the store is busy and the staff are stretched but they are helpful and willing. They look after the customer and then efficiently move onto the next one.

  Terrible service everytime i come here. Staff walk around like headless chooks. This is the second time I have been called in to collect an order online to find it's not there. After being told I would wait 3 days for my shoes to arrive, I then received a call to pick them up and when I arrived at the store the staff had no idea where my shoes were or if they were even ordered. Pathetic.
