    At first I had a travel agent in STA who was great... but she left in the middle of the planning of my trip and as a first time traveller I felt stressed. Then I called STA and the most amazing travel agent Suzie Reid answered. And oh boy! She was kind, friendly, reassuring, had so much knowledge of all the places I was going to and I knew that she cared about me and my trip even though I have never met her face to face. She sorted out all my anxieties and offered the best advice in the world. She knew the places I was going to back to front and inside out and waa able to offer advice on currencies, places to go and things to do. I am so glad that she answeres my call that day! I've had a few dramas bookings flights etc in the middle of my trip now and she responds to all emails asap and is so professional and kind about it. No matter how many emails I send, she never gets frustrated, she replies with kindness and courtesy! This chick deserves the world! I definitely know where I'll be going and who I'll be going to when I book my next two trips... thailand and the usa! Thankyou Suzie!
